We use a tiered
pricing system based upon the difficulty of your prescription. This
fee includes all follow up care for one year following your surgery.
It also includes enhancements (second procedure) within the first year
following surgery. We accept most insurance plans, however, laser
vision correction is generally not covered. Please contact your
insurance representative for specific details. We have several
financing plans available. All plans provide short, simple
applications to fill out and response with 24 hours. The specific
details for each plan are as follows:

TERM:
This program charges
NO INTEREST for 90 days following surgery. It requires 2 minimum
monthly payments and payment in full at the third month to avoid any
interest charges. This program is through Wells Fargo Financial,

processing.

Twelve
months NO
INTEREST
financing is available through Unicorn Financial. This
company has more lenient lending guidelines and patients with
marginal credit histories may be more easily approved by Unicorn
rather that by traditional credit companies. To apply by ~phone,

They offer long term financing as well. Rates start at
11.99% for 42 months with no prepayment penalty.

We accept
all major credit
cards
for those patients who may have a low interest rate or who wish to
accumulate frequent flier miles. We also accept certified or bank
check, and cash. Please note also that the LASIK procedure is
reimbursable under many employer FLEX plans. Check with your
benefits coordinator for specific details. As an uncovered medical
expense, it may also be tax deductible. Speak to your accountant for
additional information.
